Working for a global software business with Head Offices in the USA, UK, Europe and Australia, we are looking for a Junior BDM to join the Sydney team. This role is 100% phone based, qualifying potential new clients through leads that are passed across to you. NO COLD calling, this is very much warm sales! You will be making the initial approach to warm leads, educating them about the product and booking meetings for the Sales Team. You will be targeted on converting Enterprise Level clients, some of their existing clients are Federal Government, Department of Education, Universities, Hospitals to give you an idea….
The product itself is a global leader in their space, making this a very easy sell! The office in Sydney is small yet super supportive, working closely with the Sales Manager and Head of Marketing. This is a superb career opportunity to get your foot in the door in Enterprise Software Sales.
- Salary on offer? Up to $78,000 + Super + Commissions.

What are we looking for?
- Tenacity, confidence and a willingness to pick up the phone and approach warm potential clients!
- Technically savvy, you are switched on and passionate about IT software
- Commercial and presentable, ideally you have 1 – 2 years B2B sales experience / outbound calling experience
