Due to a recent opening in a highly sought after channel team, they seek a strategic, innovative and resourceful Agency Sales Lead to develop cross channel digital advertising, communication and brand strategies.
Your role will have multiple components to it. You will have an individual revenue target and also be responsible for helping the sales team identify revenue opportunities through conceptualising and writing integrated advertising solutions and briefs – across social media, programmatic, DR advertising, Online and mobile channels.
Your challenge will look like this:
- New business development and account management of existing media agency client base
- Development of integrated advertising solutions and client development plans
- Conducting consumer research groups and translating into actionable advertising strategies
- Driving improvement within digital channels
- Providing industry insights through strategy meetings and team development, providing 360 feedback from channel teams
- Identification of new business opportunities
- Writing creative advertising briefs
- Manage and set internal stakeholder expectations
Skills & experience you will need to bring to this role:
- Demonstrated experience in an integrated advertising role, this may come from an advertising agency, media agency or publisher
- Experience developing strategies across a variety of advertising mediums and a comprehensive understanding of how to integrate them across all platforms
- Strong understanding of commercial advertising and consumer trends, experience in digital ad sales is a huge advantage
- Amazing negotiation skills, the ability to stand up for what you believe in
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships.
