Big Wave Digital is thrilled to be partnering with this growing marketing analytics and marketing technology firm, providing high end services across data quality and digital audience solutions to Enterprise clients across the Globe. Currently we are on the hunt for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join their strategic business leadership team in Sydney.

The role is incredibly diverse.  You’ll need to roll up your sleeves, as this position will combine strategy and execution of your plan, reporting and analysis, plus local and international stakeholder engagement. You’ll be leading the marketing function and running marketing campaigns through a variety of channels including web, display, search, social, eDM, Lead generation.

Reporting into the Marketing Director and leadership team, you’ll need to take ownership over developing and managing the annual marketing calendar. You’ll need to create the marketing strategy, and develop a pitch for marketing budgets. As such, the role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, from strategic recommendations to campaign and creative development, and execution.  Analytical proficiency for reporting on campaign effectiveness and market research will be a portion of your daily duties. Working with 3rd party suppliers and tech vendors will become second nature to you.

To be considered for this awesome role, you’ll need at least 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing management or strategic leadership position.  Ideally, we are looking for someone with cross platform marketing experience, so you can confidently develop integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll also need to have the unique blend of creativity and analytical skills, as not only will you be conceptualising these campaigns, you’ll also manage their implementation, as well as optimise and analyse at campaign completion. This position is a B2B Brand and Acquisition focused role.
