We’re looking to hire an experienced, ‘A Player’ Technical and Digital Marketing Candidate Manager / Resourcer.
It’s all about candidates, as it should be in recruitment.
You’ll be adept at identifying, qualifying and then presenting Top Technical and Digital Marketing Talent to our amazing clients.
People with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude who are proactive at finding amazing talent work well at Big Wave Digital.

We are looking to build a special team of quality, driven professionals to work in a business that embraces all things Digital but who also values how we treat humans.
You’ll be able to prove yourself as a legend candidate manager, who takes pride in what you do and loves the chase and hunt to find that AMAZING candidate to nail the role.
This is a candidate centric role. We celebrate a KPI free environment. With a large volume of roles, we need your help ASAP.
You’ll be used to setting a high bar for yourself so high performance and excellence of service and results will come naturally to you.
Ideally you’ll be able to show us your results across the following:
1 years + in recruitment
Success in placing 2 to 3 candidates a month
Ability to understand your market
Excellent communication is critical
Ability to work autonomously and get on with things.
You could even have been a recruitment account manager previously

We do recruitment differently.
You’ll be tasked with filling such roles as:
- Digital Executives
- Performance Marketing
- SEO/SEM/ Search
- Programmatic Traders
React Full Stack Developer
- PHP Tech lead
- Python/Django developers
You’ll be working 2 days a week in our ‘Paddo’ office and 2 from home (wfh).
Key projects that you’ll be working on include:
- Talent Pooling
- Client Market mapping
- Client and Candidate Marketing initiatives
- Sourcing hard to find candidates.
- The role requires you to write adverts and be a strong communicator.
