This role will see you reporting to a fantastic manager and joining a wider marketing team to deliver CRM and Loyalty marketing – developing prospects and leads, optimising customer journey’s, work with BI and data teams to deliver key metrics and analytics, and develop campaigns to support cross functional marketing activities.

Let’s look at what you’ll need to get in the door to say “Hi!”:

  • a background in CRM and Loyalty marketing: you’ll be ready to showcase examples of engaging copy, strong results and forward thinking ideas
  • you’ll be data driven: you let the numbers to the talking and you are enthusiastic about measuring success of campaigns through reporting and metrics
  • first in class communication skills: you are a natural at writing, you can create strong visual content and your attention to detail is on point
  • ideally, you have hands-on experience with Active Campaign and Microsoft Dynamics
  • people would describe you as a team player, you’re confident and can take your ideas and put them into action
