Well perhaps we should cover what skills and experience will get you in the door to say “hi”.
- Experience working in a Home Loans or Lending environment.
- Note this role is all about the customer, on boarding, settlement and customer success.
- You DO NOT need to be a qualified Broker this is about CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS
- Managing inbound and service calls as required
- Processing all mortgage servicing and variation requests
- THIS ROLE IS unique as YOUR feedback on the product VIA doing this role will actually help Change AND Shape the Platform directly – NO WHERE ELSE WOULD YOU GET THIS OPPORTUNITY.
- Of course you’ll have experience with lending concepts such as NCCP, KYC, Responsible Lending, Privacy and Anti-Money-Laundering
- You’ll work closely with their product and credit teams
- A natural PROBLEM SOLVER
- Minimum 2 years+ as a digital Customer Service consultant
- Exposure or experience to the LENDING industry would be required as this is a Digital Lender Platform.
