As a vital member of their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) team, you’ll bring a blend of creativity and technical prowess to craft cutting-edge online learning experiences that captivate, educate, and align with the demanding standards of the health industry. 💡

🚀 Your Responsibilities:

• 📚 Upload and curate engaging content in our -learning Learning Management System (LMS) LearnDash.
• 📊 Generate insightful user analytics and report course outcomes for strategic decision-making.
• 🤝 Collaborate with content creators, techies, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
• 💼 Manage accounts and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• 🌐 Contribute to the evolution of our LMS and transition to our innovative new system (LearnDash).
• 🎯 Team up with the Marketing & Communications crew to enhance the learner journey.
• 📣 Develop and execute digital outreach strategies to boost course adoption and subscriptions.
• 📈 Provide input into the overarching commercial and educational strategy.
• 📜 Assist in CPD accreditation and administration.

🔑 Must-Haves:

• 💪 Profound knowledge of learning management systems.
• 📱 General digital communications expertise.
• 💼 Mastery of MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• 📚 Experience in educational organizations.

🌟 Highly Desirable:

• 🖥️ Proficiency in Adobe Suite, WordPress, LearnDash, Thinkific, or Moodle.
• 💌 Familiarity with MailChimp, ActiveCampaign (or other CRMs).
• 🤖 Understanding of automations and tools like JotForm, SurveyMonkey, Zapier, Stripe (or other payment gateways).
• 🏥 Background or experience in the health industry.
• 📊 Knowledge of information management, including data management, records, and reporting.
