About the Role:
As the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the smooth execution of projects across design, analytics, and engineering teams. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead a Project Coordinator and Head of the Performance Team, while also implementing strategies to support rapid company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workload Prioritization: Streamline and prioritize workloads across various teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Project Management: Own the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability across all departments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive effective communication and collaboration among design, analytics, and engineering teams.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure project requirements are well understood and that resources are properly allocated.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to track progress and success, making adjustments as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, keeping them updated on project milestones.
- Leadership: Guide and mentor the Project Coordinator and Performance Team to maximize their impact.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 8+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record of scaling SaaS companies or agencies.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Project Management: Strong background in managing complex projects with tight deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze web data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Technical Know-How: Familiarity with SaaS technologies, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and front-end development.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
