Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Calendar: Oversee and manage the social media calendar for the brand, ensuring a consistent and cohesive presence.
- Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan, design, and execute monthly marketing campaigns across a suite of social media platforms, elevating the brand’s image.
- Content Creation: Design, create, and implement engaging and high-quality content for social media posts across all channels.
- Data-Driven Growth: Use data models to track and report on cost-effective operations, making recommendations for future growth opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with and respond to customer inquiries via social media, fostering strong relationships with the audience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with both internal teams and external partners at all levels to drive successful social campaigns.
- Social Media Expertise: Stay on top of emerging trends, particularly on Instagram and Facebook, to keep the brand fresh and innovative.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify, reach out, and collaborate with influencers and stylists to create engaging and authentic content.
- Video Content: Work closely with external videographers to produce dynamic video content for both social channels and in-store displays.
- Facebook Ads: Create, monitor, and report on Facebook Ads to drive brand awareness and customer conversions.

Experience & Skills:
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager/Power Editor and Facebook Business Manager.
- Proficient in content scheduling systems like Schedugram.
- Strong knowledge of analytic insights tools such as Iconosquare and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
- Photography and photo editing skills are a plus.
Additional Information:
- The role may require flexibility, with occasional work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- You will report directly to the Director, providing you with hands-on experience in strategic decision-making.
