- Designing and executing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon, and programmatic
- Building out precise audience segments and optimising targeting strategies for maximum reach and relevance
- Diving deep into data to extract insights, model attribution, and surface smart next steps
- Setting up A/B tests and CRO experiments to lift performance across the funnel
- Managing budgets and refining bid strategies in real time
- Creating dashboards and reporting templates that speak fluent ROI
- Staying agile – monitoring live campaigns and applying tweaks before the data gets cold

- Strong command of data analytics, attribution modelling, and visualisation tools
