Full Stack Developer
Location: Surry Hills, Sydney (Hybrid – three days in the dog‑friendly office, two days remote)
About the agency
Join a well‑established, highly successful digital creative agency that delivers campaigns and products for some of the coolest, most fun brands—locally and across the globe. You’ll work alongside an experienced back‑end engineer on web apps that actually get shipped and make a visible impact.
Key responsibilities
- Build and refine user‑facing features in React (TypeScript)
- Develop and maintain server‑side logic and APIs in Node.js and C# /.NET
- Optimise SQL queries and introduce GraphQL where it makes sense
- Integrate RESTful and SOAP services
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, track work in Jira/Confluence, and use Git for version control
- Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing

The role splits 60 % front‑end / 40 % back‑end:
FocusTechnologies
Front‑End (60 %)
React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, collaboration in Figma
Back‑End (40 %)
Node.js (Express or similar), C# /.NET 6+, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, GraphQL
Tooling
Git (Bitbucket/GitHub), Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines
What we’re looking for
- 4 + years developing production web applications
- Strong React skills and solid modern JS/TS knowledge
- Hands‑on experience with Node.js and/or .NET back‑end development
- Confident writing efficient SQL and working with relational databases
- Familiar with Agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban)
- Clear communicator who enjoys collaborative problem‑solving
