We’re on the lookout for a Level 2/3 IT Support Wizard to join a dynamic team. Our clients are all about leveraging the latest technology to drive innovation and efficiency.

You’ll play a crucial role in keeping their systems running smoothly and their team members productive.

  • 2-4 years of service desk experience.
  • Support for Windows desktop operating systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users.
  • Remedy hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with various software and hardware projects across the business.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Create and manage user accounts, email addresses, and access permissions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and hardware diagnostics.
  • Advanced or above proficiency with Office products such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook, and solid experience working with Microsoft Operating Systems (10, 11, Windows Server 2012-2019)
  • Experience with any of the following technologies is also advantageous: AV Systems, Remote Access tools, VPNs, SharePoint, and Active Directory?
