  • Run seasonal promotions and pricing initiatives backed by competitive analysis
  • Oversee daily sales and category performance, leading weekly KPI reviews
  • Maintain compliance with marketplace requirements and policies
  • Briefly manage eBay Australia store operations alongside Amazon focus

About You

You’re an Amazon growth specialist with a proven record of driving sales, profitability, and market share across multiple regions. You thrive in data-driven environments and know how to get results through strategy, execution, and optimisation. With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you’re as comfortable collaborating with senior leaders as you are diving into campaign dashboards.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in e-commerce or digital growth, with a heavy focus on Amazon
  • Proven success scaling sales and operations across multiple Amazon regions
  • Hands-on expertise with Amazon Advertising, campaign setup, and optimisation
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing GMV, ROAS, and Seller Ratings
  • Confidence managing digital P&L and delivering against growth targets
  • eBay experience is a plus, but not essential
